Curriculum Notes To Self: 3

I'm getting a lot out of Learning To Code (Chris Pine) with regard to learning what I can do with Ruby. I want to know more about what I should do. Small scale example: I now know what a hash is and how to make and manipulate it. I don't really know when would be the best time to use them, apart from the obvious breakfast applications (i.e. with corned beef, or with brown...ness?)

Looking ahead at Beginning Ruby (Peter Cooper), it seems like I may find more of that there. Also considering reading one or more of the following:

The Well Grounded Rubyist (David Black)

Eloquent Ruby (Russ Olsen)

Practical Object-Oriented Design In Ruby (Sandi Metz)
